Our aged Blackberry Ginger Balsamic from Modena, Italy is wonderfully sweet and pleasingly tart. It makes a fantastic dressing or marinade and is divine paired with Persian Lime Olive Oil.  

Cask-aged to perfection, this classic balsamic is heightened with vine-ripened blackberries and exotic ginger for subtle sweetness. 

Combine with a drizzle of olive oil to enhance your favorite salad. Reduce in a saucepan with a splash of wine for a rich finishing sauce to accompany succulent roast pork or poultry.
