A-Premium White Balsamic
Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must that undergoes the cooking and barrel aging process of Balsamic vinegar of Modena, but it is not caramelized. The result is a crisp, tart vinegar with a touch of sweetness and a residual grape flavor. It's very adaptable, and it can be used with any EVOO or with our flavored oils.
